Event Promotion Guidelines

If you have already created a Facebook event simply email the link to isc@ucsd.edu or chdonald@ucsd.edu or share the event in a private Facebook message to ISC.

 

If your event is NOT on Facebook, email isc@ucsd.edu or chdonald@ucsd.edu with the following: 

1. A graphic including:

   • Name of your event

   • Date and time of your event

   • Location of your event 

   • Name of your organization

   • Preferred dimensions: square (600 x 600px) or facebook event cover (960 x 540px)

2. A link to more information about the event (eventbrite/website)

IF YOU HAVE AN ORG NEWSLETTER: confirm that I am subscribed (chdonald@ucsd.edu) and I will enter any upcoming events/opportunities into the ISC newsletter and calendar. 

Announcements received by Friday at 4PM are eligible to be included in the following Monday’s newsletter (events promoted by ISC are at the discretion of the ISC board).
